In a society where we are surrounded by confusing, complex and convoluted remedies for even the most minor mental health concerns, it can be hard to fall back on the simpler aspects of life. Our Active Mental Health Initiative is an effort to raise awareness of how powerful and beneficial physical activity, a fundamental and seemingly simple element of our daily lives, is for our mental health.
