Having been an advocate for mental health in her community from a young age, Sakshi recognizes the impact of physical activity on mental health and overall wellbeing. In her personal life, she likes to swim, attends weekly zumba classes and makes sure to workout regularly in her free time. Sakshi believes that physical activity has made a huge difference in her state of being and also helps her focus on school with a fresh mind. With AMHI, she hopes to spread awareness on this life-changing topic and promote the need for people to be active.

Janvi is motivated by the mental toughness physical activity has allowed her to gain. She has been engaged in athletic clubs since she was a child. Janvi strongly believes that physical activity gives one the pain, resilience and drive needed for accomplishing pursuits in life. She wants others to be able to challenge the physical limitations one sets on themselves and see the possibilities of greatness in their potential. Janvi is over the moon about having the opportunity to share her joy of athletic involvement, with the help of remarkable individuals collaborating to create AMHI.

Growing up, Helen viewed gym and all things physical the bane of her existence. She wasn't good at it nor did she like it. It wasn't until she got into badminton, then table tennis, then dance that she realized how fun and beneficial exercise actually was - for both her brains and her brawn. Now, she joins AMHI to enlighten others about the path to a happy and healthy life.
